These are the guiding principles of our founding partners, Joe Valluzzi and John Moran. With 40+ years of experience and a team of dedicated craftsmen, we bring your vision of home to life.
Joe and John’s long-lasting friendship began during time spent with their families at the New Jersey shore. Bonding through the shared experiences of building their own homes and realizing they shared the same core values, Joe and John formed a partnership which became TVG Construction.
John’s achievements span both commercial and residential construction management, renovation, fit-out, and custom builds. Joe owns and manages a thriving sitework, landscaping and contracting company. Both have a deep passion for construction work and exceeding client expectations.

TVG Construction is a family-run design/build construction company dedicated to making our clients’ dreams a reality. Our projects are unique with high-end finishes and custom woodwork. This superior level of quality demands a specific level of transparency, attention to detail and hard work.
Our mission is to deliver master craftsman quality work while closely managing client budgets. Our goal is to always exceed expectations, within budget and on time.
About the Owners
Joe Valluzzi
Joe is a lifelong entrepreneur with a passion for building successful businesses. Joe’s vision is to create beautiful, customized living spaces which address the full scope of his clients’ indoor and outdoor needs.
For more than 20 years, Joe has steadily grown The Valluzzi Group from a small, reliable lawn maintenance business into the full-service landscaping and outdoor living design/build company it is today. His construction experience combined with his commitment to quality, attention to the smallest details, and dedication to the best customer experience possible means Joe’s clients receive timely project updates and the highest quality craftsmanship from fully vetted subcontractors.
Joe is happily married with three beautiful children. He enjoys relaxing at the Shore during summer weekends and working on his own fine gardening projects in his spare time.
John Moran
John’s construction industry career began in 1983 as a carpenter’s apprentice working for a family-owned specialty mechanical contracting firm. Over the next 10 years, John developed his craft working with wood, fiberglass and steel, and installing complex mechanical equipment. From large commercial projects such as pharmaceutical, petrochemical & power generation plants, and healthcare, airports & government facilities, to commercial residential & office buildings, John’s career trajectory has taken him from field work to heading up Operations & Sales before becoming an Executive Vice President.
In addition to his corporate positions, John owned Paradigm Contracting, a general contracting firm which specialized in both new construction and renovation work on commercial buildings and single-family homes throughout New Jersey.
General contracting quickly became his passion, which has continued to this day. John finds working with individual homeowners to be most rewarding, because of the personal nature of the work. He prides himself on his ability to gain the trust of his clients and exceed their expectations. John has completed hundreds of projects over the course of his career, managing over $100 million in contracts on projects ranging in size from a few thousand to multi-million dollars in value.
Happily married for 37 years, he is a loving father of three, with four beautiful grandchildren in New Jersey and California. He enjoys spending time with his grandkids, Riley his dog, and – of course – at the Shore.
